Receiving and handling of complaints
- The customer has successfully paid, been deducted from the bank account / E-wallet, but TrueMoney Pay has notified the failed payment result. How do I handle it?
- If the customer has successfully paid, but I can not provide the goods / services to the customer and want to refund, what should I do?
- If the customer has successfully paid but wants to return the goods, refunded, what should I do?
