Step 1: Submit your support request. Customer can refer some ways to contact TrueMoney via the following links:
Step 2: After the information of customer is transferred, the Customer Care department will receive the information and process. In the process of receiving information, TrueMoney staff will be able to request customer to provide some basic information to handle the complaint, for example:
- Information of the registered phone number
- Transaction ID
- Information on transaction time
- Transaction log image ...
From the time you support request, the Customer Care department will process within 24 hours. In some special cases such as support cancel bill payment, change contract number, it will need more time to process (usually 3-5 days from the time of receipt).
Step 3: Responding to the results of the training. As soon as the results are available, the Customer Care department will respond to the customer through the channel the customer has contacted, mainly in the following forms:
- Send via email
- Make a direct call to customer
- Reply on the receiving page:TrueMoney Facebook page
