1. Customer has not entered the correct contract number or payment number.
2. The contract of customer is in the category of "Installment/ Lending", which exceeds the allowable amount for a day or a month. Specifically:
- FECredit bill payment service: 02 successful transactions/ contract/ month.
- Bill payment service Home Credit: 01 successful transaction/ contract/ day; 02 successful transactions/ contracts/ month.
3. The balance of e-wallet is not enough to execute the transaction. In this case, please fund in more money to your wallet to continue using the service.
