- FeCredit (With contract of Fecredit, Please contact Fecredit's hotline 028 39333 888 for support and refund)
- Home Credit
- Prudential Finance
With the wrong payment of the contract's number and customer wants to switch to the right contract, TrueMoney support with Home Credit, FeCredit bill service.
The term of cancellation is usually 3-5 days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).
For assistance, please call Support Center hotline 1900 63 66 75, press key 3 or send email to firstname.lastname@example.org provides the information:
- Transaction ID
- Contract number
- Reason for cancellation
- Image bill
Note: Except for the above services, TrueMoney does not support canceling transactions. Thus, in order to avoid mistakes when making bill payments, please check the information before confirming the payment.
