Usually two occurrences:
1. Connection is not stable
- Try moving device to another place. Changing the position of the POS device will also help to change the 3G connection.
- Use a wired network connection
- Restart the device
- Update new version
2. The Internet is not access
- Sim lose or not?
- Sim has expired or not?
- The screen shows the network signal or not?
- If there is no connect, the EDC has a hardware failure, the device must be returned for repair or change for another
Note: If the preliminary tests on the device are still lost, contact the number 1900636486, press 1 to meet Technical Support or report to the Sales staff in charge of support testing
